INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Chairman of the Regional Real Estate Development Board of Indonesia (DPD REI) of South Sulawesi (Sulsel) Arief Mone said it has built 13,000 houses until September 2017.
"This year, we are targeting to build 15,000 units and have built 13,000 units by the end of September," said Arief Mone in Makassar, as quoted by Antara.
Last year, Arief said, his side is only able to realize the construction of about 8,000 housing units. The reason, constrained licensing issues.
"Usually at the beginning of each year, there is a time lag that we use to take care of the permits, so that practical new development can begin in March or April," he said.
For this year, he added, licensing has been completed since the beginning of the year so that development can be done more quickly. "Until last August, permission has grown to 18,000 units," added Arief
