700 House Unit DP 0 Rupiah will be Built in Pondok Kelapa

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Starting 2018, Jakarta Provincial Government immediately realize the construction of down home program payment (DP) 0 rupiah. For the first pilot project will be built in Pondok Kelapa, East Jakarta with 700 units.
"Hopefully the beginning of the year can start with the first pilot project in Pondok Kelapa," said Sarana Jaya Development Development Director, Yoory C Pinontoan.
Yoory explained, the house with DP 0 rupiah to be built PD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya it reached 700 units from two towers.
"(The extent of 1.3 hectares) There are two towers, approximately 700 units," he said.
Houses with DP 0 rupiah, Yoory said, will be built vertically, like an apartment. The house can not be built with a house tread because of limited land in the capital.
"So, it should be vertical housing, hopefully our target of 2018 can be groundbreaking early," said Yoory.
According to Yoory, a house with DP 0 rupiah in Pondok Kelapa will be built using internal budget of PD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya. However, he has not mentioned the total budget required.
