Government Agencies Banned Recruiting Honorary Workers Again

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucracy (KemenPAN) expects government agencies no longer recruit workers honorary.

"Cannot raise the honorarium again after the appointment to civil servants," said
Deputy of Human Resources of KemenPANRB Apartment, Setiawan in Bogor, Wednesday (13/12/2017).

Diketehui, there are 438,000 honorary K2 students who do not pass the selection of Civil Service Candidates due to age and other issues.

According to him, recruitment of honorary staff into civil servants throughout 2005 to 2014 reached 1.1 million honorary workers or 25.8% ratio to Civil Servants (PNS).

"We are very concerned about honorary workers become civil servants from 2005 to 2014," he said.
