This time, in order to realize the commitment as well as supporting the One Million House Program, Bank BTN opened a Branch Office in Pematang Siantar.

Director of Bank BTN Nixon L. P. Napitupulu said the potential demand for houses in Pematang Siantar is still high. Moreover, with the presence of Silangit Airport, will increasingly improve the economy in the transit city.

"In addition to the economic growth potential of the presence of Silangit Airport, we see the trade, plantation and industry sectors in Pematang Siantar continue to grow, increasing the number of home needs. The inauguration of this Branch Office became our strategic step to work on the market opportunity, "said Nixon after the inauguration of Bank BTN Branch of Pematang Siantar, Friday (15/12/2017).

Nixon explained that the Branch Office of Pematang Siantar is an improvement of the status of the previous Branch Office. The business range of Branch Office of Pematang Siantar covers the southern part of North Sumatra and oversees the network of Bank BTN offices in Sibolga, Rantau Parapat, and Kisaran. With the official Branch Office of Siantar Branch also increased the number of Branch Office of Bank BTN in North Sumatra. Previously, Bank BTN had only one branch office, Bank BTN Medan Branch Office.

Meanwhile, until November 2017, Bank BTN Branch Office of Siantar Branch has realized credit of around Rp82 billion. Bank BTN office network in the second largest city in North Sumatra is also noted to have collected third party funds (DPK) of about Rp260 billion as of November 2017.

The presence of this branch office, continued Nixon, is also expected to facilitate and accelerate mortgage services for the community in Pematang Siantar and surrounding areas. "We are fully committed to supporting the One Million House Program. The expansion of this office network is the step of Bank BTN to accelerate the provision of mortgages for communities across Indonesia, "said Nixon.
