Jasa Marga Cooperate with Waskita Tol Road and Brantas Abipraya Establish Joint Venture Company

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Jasa Marga Tbk (JSMR) together with PT Waskita Toll Road (WTR) and PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) have invested in a joint venture named PT Jasamarga Probolinggo Banyuwangi.

JSMR President Director, Dessy Arryani, said that the company has invested in PT Jasamarga Probolinggo Banyuwangi amounting to Rp32.45 billion or 32,450 shares or 55% of the issued and paid-in capital in the joint venture.

"Inclusion is done in accordance with the deed of establishment on December 29, 2017 before Ni Nyoman Rai Sumawati S.H, M.Kn in Jakarta," Dessy said in a disclosure in Jakarta, Wednesday (3/1/2018)

The purpose of the establishment of this joint venture company is as a business entity engaged in services or industry toll road Probolinggo-Banyuwangi which includes the construction, operation, maintenance of toll roads and other businesses.

In addition, Jasa Marga and PT Wira Nusantara Bumi also invested in a joint venture company called PT Jasamarga Japek with an investment of Rp32 billion to manage the Jakarta-Cikampek II toll road. (Imq)
