0 Rupiah DP Program Get Support From Property Entrepreneur

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Vice Governor of DKI Jakarta Sandiaga Salahudin Uno said Real Estate Indonesia or REI plans to participate in the 0 DP residential program.

"There are investors from REI who want to participate in DP Zero Rupiah residential program, of course we are welcome with open arms," ​​said Sandiaga at City Hall, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (9/1/2017)

If REI has officially participated in the program, according to him, then later REI participate to build housing with affordable price.

He said the housing built in the DP Zero Rupiah residential program is only allocated to Low Income Communities (MBR).

"So, after joining, REI will be obliged to build housing, then give it to city government to be allocated to MBR in Jakarta," said Sandiaga.

Meanwhile, he said that the Jakarta Housing and Settlement Service Office (DPRKP) is currently preparing for the construction process of DP Zero Rupiah first phase construction.

He also targeted the preparation process for the construction of DP Zero Rupiah first stage housing that has been completed as a whole on January 18, 2018.

"The plan, we will 'launching', we will start the construction of DP Zero Rupiah house on January 18, 2018. This is the first construction will be done by PD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya," said Sandiaga.
