INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Until the middle of January 2018, the physical development project of the Pandaan-Malang toll road segment for the entire joint section has reached 42.104%. Meanwhile, in the aspect of land acquisition, toll road along the 38.488 km has realized the progress of 80.60%.
In an official statement received Monday (15/1/2018), PT Jasamarga Pandaan Malang (JPM) as a subsidiary of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk mentions, continues to speed up the progress of physical development and continue to make every effort to complete the land acquisition needed to pursue the target to be operational by the end of 2018.
The Pandaan-Malang toll road is designed to have five sections. Section I Pandaan - Purwodadi (15,475 Km), the current land acquisition progress has reached 87.03%. As for construction progress has reached 25.153%.
As for Section II Purwodadi - Lawang (8.05 Km), currently land acquisition has reached 81.57% and construction work has reached 9.37%. For Section III Lawang - Singosari (7.10Km), the current land acquisition progress is 95.85% percent and construction progress reaches 6.803%.
Meanwhile, Section IV Singosari - Pakis (4.75Km), land acquisition progress has reached 68.43% and new construction progress reaches 0.351%. While the land acquisition procurement for Section V Pakis - Malang (3.113 Km) recorded 41.83% and the realization of the new project reached 0.42%.
Pandaan-Malang toll road will be connected to Gempol-Pandaan toll road. Later, with the operation of this toll road will be able to parse the congestion node in the arterial road, and can cut travel time from Malang to Pandaan or vice versa.
It is expected that with the completion of Pandaan-Malang toll road, it can accelerate the flow of goods and services distribution and improve the economy in Java Island, especially East Java.
