Fast Train Technologies Jakarta-Surabaya Has Been Determined

INDUSTRY.co.id - Bogor - The choice of (semi) fast Jakarta-Surabaya train technology has been conical to be determined but still requires more detailed study, said Transportation Minister Budi Karya Sumadi.

"From alternative majors, the alternative of using our technology is conical to a particular technology, and we expect a better study," he told media crews.

His side wanted a more detailed study related to the train technology.

"And we expect it is not expensive because there is a tendency that we have pointed to a certain country less efficient," he said.

Therefore, it still asks for a "feasibility study" once again.

The study is targeted to be completed by March 2018.

"We do have a desire to start this year but if we do not finish we can not force it, it could be next year," he said.
