INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Palmerindo Properti as apartment developer Permata Hijau Suites provides a policy by equating the installment of all units amounting to Rp19, 9 million per month to provide opportunities for greater occupancy ownership.

"We provide opportunities for young professional workers and established executives to buy units of larger size, considering they have been forced to buy units of small size that are not necessarily as they desire because of the ability to buy power," said GM Marketing Permata Hijau Suites, Ivonne Suwandi in Jakarta, yesterday.

PT Palmerindo Properti is a large developer consortium comprising Pulauintan Development, Terry Palmer Group, and Ateja Group.

Ivonne explained luxury occupancy with classy quality in premium locations of Jakarta City and affordable price and super light installment, increasingly rare. Therefore, Permata Hijau Suites comes to answer those needs through new breakthroughs and dare to hit the grip of the prevailing property market.

"The installment rate of three types of units (1BR, 2BR, 3BR) is the same, only Rp 19.9 million per month according to terms and conditions, which means that the value of installments is no longer a constraint. Consumers are more lucky to choose large type units than small size" says Ivonne

PHS is marketed from Rp1 to Rp2,7 billions per unit variant, not including VAT and can be repaid 30 times the payment. During the expo (3 - 11 February) potential buyers get souvenir PHS e-Money Card special edition and limited.

To facilitate the ownership of the unit, PHS cooperates with KPA Bank BTN. Also, supported by UOB Bank, Maybank and Bank Mandiri.

Ivonne is optimistic that the Indonesia Property Expo will be the initial momentum of 2018 property stretching. Optimism is more excited than the previous year.

He also hopes that infrastructure development in Gelora Bung Karno, Permata Hijau, Simprug to welcome the Asian Games in August will give positive impact and added value for Permata Hijau Suites.
