The first apartment of Sinar Mas Land in East Java, Surabaya, combines residence, resort, water recreation, continuous greenery & life style. Of course the concept will make Klaska Residence product in Jagir Wonokromo, as one of the profitable property product from investment side.
"We wake up gradually. The first stage of Azure apartments. The construction of this tower requires an investment of around Rp500 billion. We are targeting the end of 2020 is completed and can handover, "Aditya Sutantio Surabaya Division Head of Sinar Mas Land, in his written statement on Thursday (8/2/2018).
Tower Azure consists of 1,043 units with the launched first time in mid 2016 ago, the lowest price of around Rp300 million. But it has jumped to Rp500 million. Sinar Mas Land claims, the average property product in Sinar Mas Group every three months increased by 3% or an average of 12% increase in a year.
Of the total units available, Sinas Mas Land also claims to have sold as much as 80%. "In this month alone, we are targeting to sell as many as 100 units," added Sales and Promotion Department Head of Sinar Mas Land, Arvina Syawir.
Azure has 36 floors and carries the concept of green facilities and smart living concept and is equipped with various premium class facilities, such as resorts, jacuzzi, to place to meet the needs of lifestyle occupants. The right apartment overlooking Kali Jagir has 2,000 parking spaces for residents' vehicles.
"We are optimistic that our products are selling very well. This is because rarely are there apartments in the city center. The price is also affordable. Moreover, supporting infrastructure is also getting better, "said Arvina.
On the other hand, Sinar Mas Land will cooperate with Surabaya City Government to revitalize Kali Jagir and make the area as a tourist icon. Kali Jagir is one of the heritage areas, but has not been touched by the government in terms of development.
Sinar Mas Land will build pedestrian street on the banks of the river. "This is part of corporate social responsibility," said Aditya Sutantio.
