INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) will replace four directors of PT Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT) in the near future.
This decision was issued by the ministry under the control of Rini Soemarno is considering the number of work accidents in the construction of infrastructure projects some time ago.
"For the sanctions there will be management changes, this is an open company, so we apologize for not mentioning the details, but at least there are President Director (Director), Human Resources Director and Operations Director," said Deputy of Construction and Transportation Facility and Infrastructure ( KSPP) Ministry of SOEs, Ahmad Bambang at the Parliament Building, yesterday.
Bambang added, all these sanctions have been in accordance with the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR). "It is currently in the process of evaluation with the Construction Safety Committee (K3), so it is still in the process of being acted upon," he said.
In addition, Waskita Karya will also add new directors, namely Director of quality, health, safety & environment (QHSE). With this new board of directors, it is expected to reduce and prevent the incidents of project accidents that may occur in the future.
"With this reshuffle we hope that the impact will be better, if there is no impact.. so what for?," he said
