The more prospective, Sentra Mitra Ready to Build New Plant in Jababeka

Director of PT Sentramitra Daya Utama, Tjandra Widjaja in his press release to the editor of INDUSTRY.co.id, Tuesday (10/4/2018) said, forklift is a type of heavy equipment that has a very complicated machine assemblies and only those who have special skills able to fix it.

Tjandra Widjaja also said Sentramitra will build its factory in Jababeka phase VIII industrial area.

"To meet the needs of consumers, we invested Rp 20 billion to build the manufacturing of forklift batteries to be built within the next three years," he said.

The plant in Jababeka, he added, has a production capacity of 90 to 100 containers of batteries.

It has also produced lithium batteries for various needs including cell phones, communications, UPS, including electric mobile for electric bicycles, electric scooters, electric forklifts, and batteries for solar power plants.

As an environmentally friendly battery manufacturer, the company has cooperated with PT Hitachi, PT Sanyo Industries Indonesia, PT Argo Pantes, PT Berca Mandiri Perkasa, PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, Panasonic, PT Keramika Indonesia Asosiasi Tbk.

Tjandra Wijaya also expressed readiness to educate the nation's children in Lithium battery pack technology, especially to improve the basic knowledge of technology, and support the development of battery energy in Indonesia.
