Crown Group Cooperates with PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol to Present Luxury Apartment in Ancol Area

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta, National property developer, Crown Group today, Monday (7/5/2018) announced its first vertical residential development agreement in Indonesia.

This cooperation agreement took place between Crown Group and PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Tbk on the planned development of luxury vertical residential project in Ancol area.

This luxurious vertical residence will be built on an area of ​​4.7 hectares with the concept of luxury water front living.

President Director of PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Tbk C. Paul Tehusirjana said this cooperation is very good for us, because for us property is one of the business that become the main source of revenue from Ancol.

"For us this is a very big cooperation, we not only talk from the financial side but also from the contribution of Crown Group that has been successful overseas and contribute to Indonesia," said Paul

He added, Crown Group products outside Indonesia, especially in Australia is extraordinary and much sought after by investors because it is very profitable for investors.

"Through this project, we hope these buyers can come and contribute to our project," he explained.

The same thing also expressed by Crown Group CEO Iwan Sunito, this is a happy moment for us where finally we can realize our first project outside Australia, especially in Indonesia.

"The signing of this cooperation agreement is solid evidence of PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Tbk's trust in our global reputation in vertical housing development," said Iwan.

Furthermore, Iwan added that the Rp7 trillion project will be the first in Ancol area where we will combine the concept of mixed-use with world-class water front lifestyle so that Jakarta will have iconic water front development such as Dubai, Singapore and Sydney Australia.

"This vertical dwelling will be a representation of Crown Group DNA with the concept of substance, prestige, architectural intelligence, commercial value and experience," said Iwan.

This prestigious project will consist of several luxury apartment tower units with the first water front facilities in Indonesia such as yacth club, water front promanade, and exclusive commercial facilities.

This water front development project can be said to be the embodiment of world-famous water front sydney area such as darling harbor and circular quay in vertical mixed-use residential development with the first water front concept in Jakarta.
