INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Producer of bottled drinking water PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk. Decided 60 percent sales target this year. Issuer of drinking-water brand brand (AMDK) Cleo is calling its sales target until the end of this year at Rp 1 trillion.

Sales and Distribution Director of PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk, Toto Sucartono said, throughout the year 2017 and the company's sales reached Rp 614 billion or a growth of 15 percent over the previous year.

"This year, the trend will also grow positively, besides being driven by increased consumption of drinking water in the community, as well as the addition of distribution networks, as well as the existence of new products that we launch," he said in a public letter Tuesday (15/05/2018).

He explained that the company this year has also completed the construction of its new factory in Ngoro, Mojokerto. The new factory, which is targeted to be completed and commenced operations in April 2018, has now started production and continues to increase capacity.

"The new plant in Ngoro is one of the two factories we are preparing to have operational in the first semester of 2018. Currently, the production and focus on increasing capacity for gallon water production," said Nio Eko Susilo, Operations Director of PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk.

He said the gallon production capacity at the new plant is targeted to reach 250 million liters per year. Currently in the early stages, and targeted capacity is reached before the end of 2018.

In addition to the factory in Ngoro, Mojokerto, in the first half of 2018, the new factory in Kendari has also started operations. Production capacity reaches 150 million liters.

"Our target of production of AMDK (Packaged Drinking Water) gallon can reach a total of 4.65 billion liters for all factories," added Eko.

Especially for the new plant, Eko targets capacity can be achieved before the marketing part penetrate the product to the market. So stock availability will be safe when demand and positive market response
