INDUSTRY.co.id - Kupang - Candidate pair of Governor-Deputy Governor of East Nusa Tenggara, Viktor Laiskodat-Josef Nae Soi (Victory-Joss) will strengthen the witness to guard the implementation of voting in all polling stations (TPS) on 27 June 2018.
"We are now consolidating and training witnesses who will be tasked with overseeing all the voting stages until the vote counting at all levels," said Secretary of Viktor-Joss Victory Team, Honing Sani to Antara in Kupang, Saturday (2/6/2018)
He pointed out that, in connection with the preparation of the couple's winning team that carried the Golkar, Nasdem and Hanura Party in winning the Viktor-Joss package at the next Pilgub voting on 27 June 2018.
The implementation of regional head election in 10 districts in NTT and the election of Governor of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) period 2018-2023 is only counting the days.
According to him, according to the rules of the General Election Commission (KPU), candidate pairs can prepare two witnesses at each polling station (TPS).
Regarding the strategy, he said of course all the winning team of candidate pairs has their respective strategies in the field to win the election.
But what is expected is that supervisors and election organizers can do their job fairly, and the public can participate in overseeing the elections so that no cheating money politics and other things will harm the long election process.
He is optimistic that Viktor-Joss will gain the trust of the NTT community to lead the region five years into the future.
"We also appreciate the attitude of some NTT people who have not made primordial reasons as the basis for making political decisions and choices," he said.
Honing Sani also strongly hopes that political actors and officials in NTT should not re-damage society's attitude by continuously asking people to choose the religion and tribe but more because of the quality, said the former member of House of Representative of PDIP Perjuangan.
