Dubai Buy Three Tower Apartment PP Property in Surabaya

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Dubai-based investors are interested in buying three projects built by PT PP Property Tbk (PPRO in Surabaya), Grand Shamaya Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon and Grand Sungkono Lagoon.

This was conveyed by the President Director of PP Property Taufik Hidayat who said the purchase value of the three tower apartment projects reached Rp 2.1 trillion, in his press statement on Friday (6/7/2018). According to him, the purchase of three towers is evidence of market confidence, especially foreign investors to security and investment comfort in Surabaya.

President Director of PT Arvada Investasi, Nanang Supriadi, said it represents investors from Dubai on behalf of Budget Petroleum, calling this PP project very interesting and has more value.

"Especially from products that are almost the same as the high-rise building products in Dubai, as well as the security guarantee provided even before Surabaya was colored by unfavorable events, but the recovery was quite fast," he said.

While Director of Budget Petroleum, Zahid Bashir, claimed to be interested in investing in Surabaya also because of the assurance of the Mayor of Surabaya and big names and experience of PP Property is quite positive. "Moreover, in a religious way, we both have proximity," he added.
