Eight Jokowi Ministers Launches OSS Licensing Service, From Now On Licensing Can Be Done Through Online

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta, the Government has officially launched an electronic single permit service or Online Single Submission (OSS) service.

Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Darmin Nasution was accompanied by Minister of Industry Airlangga Hartarto, Minister of Communication and Informatics Rudiantara, Tourism Minister Arief Yahya, Minister of Home Affairs Tjahyo Kumolo, Minister of Justice and Human Rights Yossana Laoly, Minister of ATR Sofyan Djalil, Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment Asman Abnur , Head of the Office of Presidential Staff of Moeldoko, Head of BKPM, Thomas Lembong, BI Governor Perry Wajriyo jointly launched the OSS licensing service at the Office of the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, Jakarta, Monday (9/7/2018).

Through the launch of OSS, investors and business actors can now take care of business licenses through the website or manually.

"From now on, we can take care of the permission through the website www.oss.go.id or if there is an ordinary baseball online, can come to all PTSP (Integrated Services One Door), will be served immediately until wrong," said Darmin through his speech after launch .

For the submission of permissions through the website, can be done anytime and anywhere. The process was called not long, especially when the required document requirements are complete.

Currently, the implementation of OSS is still under the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs.

Later, after all preparation, the implementation of OSS will be conducted entirely by the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM).

This licensing service will be integrated, especially with the Directorate General of General Law Administration system of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights and the Directorate General of Taxation system of the Ministry of Finance. Integration is required to manage the business license and Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP).

The OSS service also ensures licensing attempts can be taken care of within 1 hour. In fact, business actors or investors can know firsthand whether they get incentives and what kind of incentives are obtained through the OSS system.
