As of September 2018, the subsidiary of PT Modernland Realty Tbk began marketing the Halal Valley's first phase project of 150 ha from three stages of development with a total land area of ​​500 ha.

Hopefully this initiative will become an example of other industrial areas, so that it has a big impact in realizing Indonesia's vision to become a global halal production base.
