DPR Praises Jokowi-JK Government to Prioritize Real Sector

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Vice Chairman of the House of Representatives (DPR) Coordinating Minister for Economy and Finance, Taufik Kurniawan, praised the macro assumption submitted by President Joko Widodo in his financial note, prioritizing the real sector as it approaches the economic reality of the community.
"When the priority leads to the real sector, automatically macro assumptions more to the position closer to the economic reality of the community," said Taufik after attending the House of Representatives Plenary, at the Nusantara Building, Jakarta, Wednesday (16/08/2017)
He said that because the government really wants the optimization of tax revenues is a priority so that macro assumptions lead to the real sector.
Taufik explained that the actions of the sides of the real sector are shown by the government by increasing the role of micro, small and medium enterprises, village funds and family planning program.
"It becomes a space for the government in relation to the state budget as a political document, government commitment to society," he said.
The PAN politician explained that there is something interesting from the financial note submitted by President Joko Widodo that the budget will be focused on the welfare aspect of the people.
According to him, the state budget is not only an economic document but a political document that is a commitment to be achieved by the government regarding the present condition.
"In it there is a commitment related to the situation of massive and dynamic economic limitations, and the government prioritizes on the aspect of economic justice in order to be felt by society," he said.
Taufik assesses the overall financial note submitted by President Jokowi is very optimistic although the global economic conditions have not been stable.
However, according to him, with some macro assumptions presented by the government, it can be realized in the hope of the community.
Previously, President Jokowi in the Plenary Session of the House of Representatives submitted a financial note that by 2017, the Government is determined to make Equal Economic Justice the main focus of development.
The policy, according to him, covers primarily; First, the redistribution of assets, through the granting of abandoned land management rights to the community so that it can be managed and utilized more productively, and legalization of land through the acceleration of certification of land owned by the people.
Second, strengthening people's access to capital, through the credit of people's businesses that reach more and more people, the greater the number, and the easier way to get it.
Third, improving the skills of the community, through vocational education programs, as well as vocational education and training on a massive basis. (Ant)
