INDUSTRY co.id - RI President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) believes that Rp 3 trillion in financing for People's Business Credit (KUR) allocated by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in Aceh will strengthen economic growth in the province.
This was conveyed by the President in his remarks at the Submission of KUR 2023 and the Launch of the Digital Farmer Card, Friday (10/02/2023), on PT. Pupuk Iskandar Muda, North Aceh District.
" The IDR 3 trillion will trigger , strengthen, develop the economy in Aceh," said the President.
The President added that overall BSI provided KUR financing of IDR 14 trillion.
" Bank Syariah Indonesia, for the whole country, provides Rp. 14 trillion in financing, Rp. 14 trillion divided by the 38 provinces that we have. Aceh alone gets IDR 3 trillion,” he said.
Furthermore, the Head of State reminded all KUR recipients to be careful in using and managing the KUR funds obtained so that bad credit does not occur.
"I entrust this financing, it must be really very disciplined and we must prepare it every month for the installments," he said.
In addition, President Jokowi also emphasized the importance of recording business activities, including expenses, income and profits.
"Even though we use a simple book, it must be recorded so that when viewed by Islamic banks, 'this is you, Mr. President Director, this is my portfolio when I was only given Rp. 50 million in financing, this should be Rp. 500 million, sir'," he said.
Down with the President, among others, Minister of State Secretary (Mensesneg) Pratikno, Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir, Governor of Aceh, Mayor of Lhokseumawe, and Regent of North Aceh.
