Visit Kaltara, the President will inspect the AEFI area to meet fishermen

INDUSTRY.co.id - Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) and Mrs. Iriana Jokowi arrived at the Anang Busra Air Force Base, Tarakan, North Kalimantan (Kaltara), Tuesday (28/02/2023), around 11.00 WITA.
The arrival of the President and Mrs. Iriana were welcomed by the Governor of North Kalimantan Zainal Arifin Paliwang and his wife, Military Commander VI/Mulawarman Maj. Gen. Tri Budi Utomo and his wife, North Kalimantan Regional Police Chief Inspector General Pol. Daniel Adityajaya and his wife, Danlanud Anang Busra Colonel Pnb. Bambang Sudewo and wife, as well as Danlantamal XIII Tarakan TNI Rear Admiral Deni Herman and wife.
The President then went straight to Bulungan Regency by using the Indonesian Air Force Super Puma helicopter. In Bulungan Regency, the President will inspect the Kalimantan Industrial Park Indonesia (KIPI) area.
After the review, the President will return to Tarakan City, using the Indonesian Air Force Super Puma helicopter. Upon arrival in Tarakan City, the President and Mrs. Iriana will head to the Tenguyun Market, to hand over working capital assistance and direct cash assistance to the traders.
After that, the President and Mrs. Iriana will continue their journey to Tanjung Pasir Fishermen's Village, Tarakan City. There, the President and Mrs. Iriana will meet and have dialogue with a number of fishermen and farmers around the area.
The President and Mrs. Iriana will then head to the hotel where they are spending the night to continue their work visit activities the next day.
Previously, the President and First Lady Iriana left for North Kalimantan Province from the Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base, Jakarta, using the Indonesian Presidential Plane-1, at around 07.00 WIB.
Accompanying the President and First Lady Iriana on the flight to North Kalimantan were Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, Minister of Investment/Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) Bahlil Lahadalia, and Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung.
