INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta- The Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin) is proposing some fiscal and non-fiscal incentives for producers producing rural vehicles to the Ministry of Finance.
"One of our proposals is 0% PPnBM, if only 0 percent of LCGC, rural vehicles should be 0 percent," said Director General of Metal, Machine and Transportation Equipment Industry (ILMATE) Kemenperin I Gusti Putu Suryawirawan in Jakarta (1/9 / 2017).
He added that the Ministry of Industry also strives that companies that do engineering and engineering in the country can be given a tax holiday for 10 years for low Income Tax and Vehicle Tax (PKB) for the whole of Indonesia.

Putu added another proposed facility, including aftersales incubator training, production line design, assembly standardization, jig prototype and fixture to Intellectual Property Design Engineering.
"These steps are to achieve Indonesia's vision of becoming a production base for the automotive industry and world-class components," he said.
For that, continued Putu, also required serious efforts of all stakeholders by strengthening the structure of the automotive industry through enhancement of industrial capability components and technological infrastructure, enhancing the competitiveness of the automotive industry through enhancement of human resource and industrial management, as well as increased mastery of technology and R & D automotive industry .
"With these efforts, rural vehicles are targeted to be one of the concrete steps to support government programs in realizing food security," he concluded.
