INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) held an appreciation for its customers who have been faithfully using the services of two brands, XL and AXIS in the framework of National Customer Day.
EXCL President Director / CEO, Dian Siswarini to the meia crew in Jakarta Monday (4/9/2017) said Customer Day is the right momentum for the company to better understand customer needs.
"By coming down directly to serve customers, we are not just for formality, but I want management to use it to dialogue with customers, hear aspirations in order to improve the quality of our services," she said.
The appreciation program XL among others in the form of cashback offer worth Rp50 thousand which can be obtained by the customer first purchase Xtra Combo package through MyXL application.
"Every day, XL opens the opportunity to dozens of customers first to get this cashback," she explained.
Another interesting offer is that customers can share their experience while using XL services through MyXL Forum account.
By the end of June 2017, XL Axiata's customers reached 50.5 million, of which 582 thousand were postpaid service subscribers.
