INDUSTRY.co.id - Surabaya - Indonesian Motor Vehicle Industry Association (GAIKINDO) is ready to open GIIAS Surabaya Auto Show 2017 from 20-24 September 2017 at Grand City Convex. Last year, GAIKINDO made Surabaya as the closing series of GIIAS series, while for this year will be closed at GIIAS Medan (22-26 November 2017).
GIIAS Surabaya Auto Show 2017 will be present with a new theme "First Class Auto Show" by displaying a number of excellent products from Brands holder Agent (APM) which was launched in GIIAS 2017 ICE BSD, South Tangerang last August. GAIKINDO sees the potential of East Java as one of the largest contributor of national car sales in Indonesia.
"The GIIAS Surabaya exhibition since it was held in 2015 is always eagerly awaited by the automotive enthusiast community and experiencing a growing trend of visitors and sales transactions over the past two years, as well as the number of APM exhibitors who always meet the quota of 30 exhibitors," said Kukuh Kumara, Secretary General of GAIKJINDO through an official statement received INDUSTRY.co.id, Monday (19/09/2017).
Meanwhile, One Event Director Yusuf Karim Ungsi said, GIIAS Surabaya Auto Show 2017 will be one of the important exhibitions for the entire series GIIAS 2017. "Calculated from the total exhibitors are still the same as last year, which includes 30 APM, 12 passenger car brand and 1 commercial vehicle plus 20 brands supporting the automotive industry. " he said
Throughout the 5 days of GIIAS Surabaya Auto Show 2017, the exhibition's APM will feature interesting events such as discount promo, photo contest, and press conference in their respective booth.
GIIAS Surabaya Auto Show 2017 will also be filled with social activities and gathering events automotive communities in the city of Surabaya and surrounding areas.
To appreciate the support of East Java Regional Government to the annual automotive exhibition event GIIAS Surabaya, GAIKINDO and One Event held Government Day.
The event is designed to welcome the 72nd Anniversary of East Java Province, which will be celebrated on October 12, 2017 by providing discounts on admission tickets for Government Officials. In addition, GIIAS will also provide ticket promo for students and students in the form Buy One Get One, special on Wednesday and Friday.
