INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - The government affirmed that the social assistance budget for overseas will be distributed as much as Rp1 trillion for less developed countries. This year, there is no specific budget for it.

Head of Fiscal Policy Office (BKF) Suahasil Nazara revealed that the budget will be allocated in 2018.

"We reserve Rp 201 trillion in 2018. This is a political tool," he said in Jakarta, Monday (25/09/2017).

In order for such assistance to be in accordance with the mandate, it is necessary to be supervised. Do not let the aid is not appropriate use. Although Indonesia is a developing country, it is commendable that the government's bravery is preparing the special allocation.

"Good Corporate Governance will be headed directly by the Minister of Finance, which will be safeguarded," he said.
