INDUSTRY.co.id - In the second quarter of this year, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS) is ready to sell 7 hectares of industrial land after realizing sales of 29 hectares in the first quarter of 2017.

With this achievement, according to Hermawan, his side is optimistic to realize the target this year.
"With the increasingly favorable climate of licensing and political temperatures, investors' confidence levels are now on the rise, and we expect this will impact our industrial land sales in the remainder of the year," he said.
Hermawan rate, the sale is done with a local company in the automotive related sector. In addition to these companies, the company is also still negotiating with a number of potential customers who want to buy land with a total demand reaches approximately 100 hectares.
"Currently, the company still has industrial land reserves for sale of 400 hectares of land, enough for 5 years to 6 years," said Hermawan.
