According to him, in general the level of public satisfaction is not always only influenced performance, but can also be influenced by ideological identity and so forth.
In addition, the level of satisfaction does not necessarily reflect the public's choice of the leader.
"To get to choose that, besides performance also influenced factor of heart, factor of political party and so on.This is to be understood," he said.
Nevertheless, he said, based on the survey of the majority of the public who are satisfied with the performance of Jokowi one of them due to the massive infrastructure development carried out by the government.
This is in line with public confidence that President Jokowi can lead Indonesia to be better.
"72.6 percent are convinced, 22.6 percent feel unconvinced and 4.8 percent say they do not know," Burhanuddin said.
He called satisfaction over the performance of Jokowi as President experiencing considerable fluctuations. He thinks this is an important psycho-political capital.
"This is an important psycho-political capital as political support for national leadership, despite the many problems facing this nation," Burhanuddin explained.
