INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Intiland Development Tbk is partnering with three REI member developers to build low-cost housing for low-income communities to support the government's one million housing program.
"We do not have experience to build cheap houses suitable for habitation according to the government program. We are partnering with PT Menara Tinggi Bertumbuh (MTB), PT Cipta Griya Sriwijaya (CGS) and PT Bangun Multirealtindo (BM) to realize the program," said Corporate Secretary PT Intiland Development Tbk, Theresia Rustandi in Jakarta, Wednesday (25/10/2017)
Theresia explained, in realizing the plan, Intiland provides land as part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, while the partner developer will market, build, and facilitate the buyer until the KPR disbursement process.
The cooperation of four companies is marked by the signing of the agreement in this case PT Intiland Development Tbk represented by Theresia Rustandi who also served as Head of CSR Program, Tomi Wistan as President Director of MTB, Oka Moerod as Commissioner of CGS and Dadang Juhro as Director of BM.
Present on the occasion are the board of Kadin Indonesia property, Hendro Gondokusumo and Harry Raharta.
As an example project will soon be built on an area of 1 hectare in Puri Permata Indah, Pacitan, East Java, is an expansion of Intiland housing area of 3 hectares for phase I, said Theresia.
Oka Moerod said that on an area of 1 hectare, 106 units of low cost habitable housing will be built for low income people including TNI, Polri, and PNS with subsidized FLPP Oka said this cooperation is a breakthrough to realize the program of a million homes and is expected to become examples of large developership partnerships with small developers, let alone many residential program million houses built small developers especially those in the regions.
"As an example of REI South Sumatra as much as 80 percent of the 170 is a small developer, so that a quick home million program to be realized there must be partnership cooperation in the regions," he said.
Meanwhile, according to Tomi Wistan this partnership can also be a solution for REI member developers to meet balanced residential requirements, most of the REI members currently have contributed to realize a million home program.
Furthermore Dadang Juhro said, become a commitment for REI member developers to help the government to provide cheap homes habitable let alone absorption in very high areas.
"Our experience when building houses with FLPP subsidies in the areas of interest is very much, in the not-too-long house we marketed quickly absorbed by the market," said Dadang.
Oka said that the occupancy of low cost housing in Pacitan will be marketed according to the regulation of Rp123 million with 5 percent down payment and Rp116 million with 1 percent down payment.
Tomi sees this partnership partnership as a positive energy that other REI members can follow. Large developers have capital strength while medium and small developers have the experience to build cheap dwellings.
Even Hendro Gondokusumo who also served as President Director of PT Intiland Development Tbk on the occasion will also add more areas that will be equated to support the program of a million homes.
