It's Explanation of Maybank Indonesia Related Employee's Claim

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Maybank Indonesia provides a statement related to the ex-employee of Maybank Indonesia who is pursuing the legal process related to the layoffs concerned.
"The termination of employee relationship (PHK) to the employee concerned is conducted by the Company after the employee has been found to be in violation of the Code of Conduct and the Code of Conduct, the Policy and Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) as well as the corporate governance," according to Maybank documents received by Industry.co. id in Jakarta, Monday (6/11/2017).
Mentioned the actions of former employees have been detrimental and have a negative impact on the Company's image.
As an institution that upholds integrity, Maybank Indonesia takes firm action against every employee who violates Company regulations. In carrying out the Company's activities, Maybank Indonesia is guided by Company regulations including internal policies of the Company, Collective Labor Agreement (PKB) and codes of ethics and conduct guidelines in conducting the Company's activities.
As a law-abiding citizen, Maybank Indonesia has taken legal proceedings against the ex-employee, where the Industrial Court of Justice at the Central Jakarta District Court level which continues in the Cassation level has decided Maybank Indonesia as the winner of the case.
Maybank will carry out all the contents of the Court's decision in relation to all the rights of the former employee.
Against the relevant attempt to report Management in a criminal manner, Maybank Indonesia follows the applicable law and regulatory process.
