INDUSTRY.co.id - Banten - Ciputra group releases its newest project, Citra Maja Raya becomes one of the largest Ciputra group projects in Maja new city of Lebak-Banten was inaugurated by Minister of Public Works and People's Housing Basuki Hadimuljono and Minister of Transportation Budi Karya Sumadi Saturday (18/11 / 2017).
The Citra Maja Raya project which is a joint operation project between PT Ciputra Residence, PT Hanson International Tbk and PT Putra Kasih Laksana started its builder since 2015 and has shown significant progress to date.
Minister PUPR Basuki Hadimuljono said, Citra Maja is one of 10 independent city projects that will be developed by the government. Settlement area built since 2015 is expected to accommodate up to 1.2 million people when it is completed. "So it is not Citra Maja Raya, but the city of Maja in the west of Jakarta is to withstand urbanization so people do not have to go to Jakarta," said Basuki.
Meanwhile, Minister of Transportation Budi Karya Sumadi said to support the concept of TOD, the Ministry of Transportation plans to develop transportation access to locations, such as Maja Station currently passed by KRL, there is also the construction of the Serpong-Balaraja toll road that will be developed by the private sector.

Ciputra Group, known as a property figure, Ciputra, explained that it built 10 thousand units of houses in Citra Maja Raya project. The amount has already accommodated 8,000 MBR dwelling units, plus 1,000 subsidized housing units with a housing financing liquidity facility (FLPP).
According to Ciputra, this integrated city will be equipped with various facilities for the community, from sport club, water park, retail outlet, shuttle bus, subterminal, green open space, to health facilities. "This is in line with government programs," he said
