INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Microsoft announced the appointment of Haris Izmee as the new President Director for Indonesia. Haris brings nearly 20 years of professional business experience as well as extensive industry knowledge to drive Microsoft's mission in Indonesia. Previously, Haris worked at General Electric Healthcare (GEHC) Indonesia as Country Manager and Director.
In his tenure, Haris successfully expanded his business in health, becoming GE's largest business field today. Prior to GEHC, Haris is a Senior Sales Director at GE Aviation, where he is responsible for leading all commercial aircraft engine sales and plays an important role in winning some of the largest projects in the history of GE Indonesia.
At Microsoft, Haris will be responsible for marketing products, services and customer support in Indonesia, and more importantly accelerating the transformation currently underway by Microsoft, to become a leading productivity and platform company.
President of Microsoft Asia Pacific, Andrea Della Mattea said, Haris has an impressive track record of business success. "We are aware that Indonesia is in a remarkable position to be able to seize new business growth opportunities, and I am very pleased to welcome Haris who will lead our customers and partners towards digital transformation," he said.

Haris is a graduate of Queen Mary University in London with a Degree in Aeronautical Engineering.
