KemenPANRB is Ready to Make Civil State Apparatus for World Class

INDUSTRY.co.id - Bogor - Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenPANRB) immediately realize the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is planned to be world class governance.

Deputy of Human Resources of KemenPANRB Apartment, Setiawan said, to lead there need to improve the quality of ASN. Before entering the stage, ASN is directed towards a merit system or an HR policy and management Apparatus based on qualification, competence and fair performance, transparent without distinction of color, skin, ethnicity and religion.

"Despite the difable, if you have qualifications in the category sitem merit and right in the position of ASN," he said in Bogor, Wednesday (13/12/2017).

He explained that the merit system being applied will refer to PP 11 of 2017, the regulation describes the administrative position and functional position for civil servants.

"The progress of ASN cannot be separated from the national development plan to comply with PP 11/2017," he said.

Therefore, he said to produce ASN to merit system step reconstruction pattern improvement, capacity building, performance appraisal and promotion.

"Currently there are 4.35 million ASN that internal challenges are still many that are less sekaras individual competence," he said.
