Pertamina Bewares Supply of BBM-LPG Special Region of Christmas

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Pertamina (Persero) is wary of the supply of fuel oil (BBM) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) as consumption increases in special areas of Christmas and New Year's Day.
Through teleconference with the media in Jakarta, Friday (15/12/2017) Pertamina Marketing Director Muchamad Iskandar presented a number of locations of particular concern at Christmas: North Sumatra, North Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, East Nusa Tenggara, Maluku, North Maluku, West Papua, and Papua.
"Locations that need special attention, especially areas where people celebrate Christmas, need special attention because of the significant increase, on average above 10 percent," Iskandar said.
In addition, the point of the tourist path to watch for increased fuel consumption during the end of the year, namely Brastagi, Toba and Samosir, Kota Bukit Tinggi, Pangkal Pinang, Anyer, Puncak-Bogor, Lembang-Bandung, Yogyakarta City, Batu-Malang, Bali, and Bunaken-Manado.
Iskandar said that in facing the Christmas and New Year holiday season, Pertamina has formed a taskforce (Satgas) to secure the supply of fuel and LPG in charge since December 18, 2017 and January 8, 2018.
According to him, the reverse flow is expected on January 1 and 2, 2018, but Pertamina remains on guard over supply until January 8, 2018.
On the same occasion, SVP Fuel Marketing & Distribution Pertamina Persistent Wahyu Hari Irianto said the stock of fuel in gas station and LPG stock at LPG Bulk Transportation and Filling Station (SPPBE), Agent to LPG Base has been increased since December 1 until December 17, 2017.
Pertamina is also preparing the addition of tank cars, LPG standby station / standby, and alerting the SPBU and SPPBE bags in the tourist route and congestion-prone areas.
"The tank tank with the dispenser last year is very useful when there is density at the gas station at Brexit toll road, we prepare at MOR III there are 2 points, MOR IV 2 point, MOR V 5 there are 2 points in Porong and Pasuruan," said Gigih.
There are at least 35 gas stations and 51 SPPBE pockets are alerted with distribution in South Sumatra, Banten, Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, and East Java.
In addition, Pertamina prepares special services Kiosk Pertamax, mobile dispenser unit, fuel packaging at gas stations, and motor / fuel delivery car packaging at some points prone to congestion and away from gas stations.
A total of 9 points Kiosk Pertamax which has been prepared, among others, at the gas station rest area Cipali toll and pantura City Tegal, and 5 point tank dispenser car in West Java, Central Java, and East Java. In addition, 15 motorist fuel packaging points are on the Pantura Jabar and Central Java and Sumatra.
Pertamina also communicates various information that facilitates the community through media, social media, Pertamina GO application, and Pertamina 1 500 000 contact service.
