Government Assign Pertamina Distribute 581,012 LPG 3 Kg Package in 2018

INDUSTRY co.id - Jakarta - The government commissioned PT Pertamina (Persero) to carry out the provision and distribution of 3kg 3kg (3gb) Petroleum Gas (LPG) packets for households and micro businesses.
The SOEs are assigned to distribute this package in 6 provinces, namely North Sumatra, Ria Islands, West Sumatra, Bangka Belitung Islands, West Nusa Tenggara and Central Sulawesi. The package distributed amounted to 581,012, consisting of LPG tube, 3 kg LPG tube, gas stove and other equipment.
Included in the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 18 K / 15 / MEM / 2018 On Assignment to PT Pertamina (Persero) In the Provision and Distribution of Initial PackageLiquefied Petroleum Gas Tubes 3 Kilogram Fiscal Year 2018, in case of need, the Director General of Oil and Gas can adjust the assignment area and package amount premiering after verification of candidate receiving LPG 3 kg packet prime. Such changes may be made on condition not exceeding the prescribed budget.
In performing these duties, Pertamina is obligated to carry out the provision and distribution of LPG 3 kg packet prime packages in accordance with the provisions of the laws and regulations.
In addition, it is mandatory to ensure public safety, worker safety, plant safety and environmental safety in the provision and distribution of LPG 3kg packet prime packages for households and micro businesses. Pertamina is also required to provide and explain the procedure of using 3 kg LPG packet prime pack for household and micro business.
Pertamina is also obliged to submit a report in writing regarding the realization of its implementation and submit the information data necessary for the implementation of supervision and quotation test if necessary DG Migas. Also, is responsible for the financial realization for which the Committing Officer has approved the payment.
In conducting this assignment, Pertamina is entitled to receive reimbursement of payment for the provision and distribution of 3 kg LPG packet prime packages financed from the List of Budget Implementation of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of Fiscal Year 2018.
Pertamina may be subject to sanctions in accordance with laws and regulations when it is unable to perform this assignment.
