Close Year, Wuling Optimistic Can Achieve 5,000 Sales Unit

INDUSTRY.co.id - Sentul - China's automotive manufacturer, Wuling Motors (Wuling) is optimistic that it will close in 2017 with a positive achievement for the newly launched Confero series in August.
"We (Wuling) are very optimistic until the end of the year sales figures can reach 5,000 units," said Vice President of VSSM Wuling Motors, Cindy Cai in Sentul, West Java, Monday (18/12/2017).
Based on data wholesales Wuling Motors, until period November 2017 recorded sales reached 3918 units since it was launched in August.
As much as 70% of the sales are contributed by Confero S's tallest type Confero S 1.5 L which reaches 2,735 units.
As for the color that became consumer favorites namely Pristine White (white) as much as 28% and followed by Red Carnelian (red) by 25%.
"We are very pleased with this achievement, the remarkable response from consumers, we made the motivation to continue to provide the best service and products in Indonesia," she explained.
Furthermore, Cindy added, not less importantly, sales and aftersales services are also the focus of Wuling this year by providing 50 official outlets with integrated concept or 3S (sales, service, spare parts) in all major islands in Indonesia.
"We have been presenting official outlets in various cities in the country, as well as efforts to get closer to our loyal customers," said Cindy.
In addition, he continued, to introduce the Confero series more widely, we participated in various regional automotive exhibitions. "Through this program we hope to introduce further the quality of our products, as well as to captivate our customers," she said.
To further attract customers, Wuling also collaborates with Sompo Insurance to launch an insurance service aimed at the owners of Wuling cars with excellent protection benefits.
As for the year 2018, Wuling said it would remain focused to work on the market MPV (multi-purpose vehicle) and plans to continue expanding its official network.
"For next year, we are still in the MPV segment, we believe that MPV is still the most potential market and sought after by Indonesian consumers," she concluded.
