INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Founder and CEO of Xiaomi, Lei Jun, said it has set Indonesia as a strategic market. Therefore, Xiaomi brand rankings are in the Indonesian market continues to increase.

"The results obtained by Xiaomi in Indonesia are very satisfying for us, our position is in third," said Lei Jun

Lei Jun revealed, in the near future, Xiaomi will open many outlets offline in the country. "Our target is 100 stores by the end of next year." he said

Lei Jun revealed, three months ago Xiaomi team for Indonesia only amounted to 9 people. Currently, it has reached 44 people. "Our team will further increase the amount of investment in Indonesia and will create a research center in Indonesia including local content or Indonesian products," he said.

Therefore, Lei Jun said Xiaomi currently requires a lot of skilled laborers who want to join. "We want to enter the Indonesian market, we hope to grow in the near future, we need Human Resources and skilled workers for this," he said.

Lei Jun invites Indonesian people who have the expertise to join the company. "We need a lot of great people to join us," he concluded
