INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Co-Founder & Chief Communication Officer Tiket.com, Gaery Undarsa, saw a trend to stay at the hotel during Lebaran.
"If we used to stay at the house of a parent or family, lately we pay attention to people start booking many hotels during Lebaran," he said, in a media gathering in Jakarta, Tuesday (30/5/2017) night.
"Usually low, but starting last year began to change, especially in Java," he continued.
This, according to Gaery, is influenced by the current hotel stay rates are starting to be cheap. For more details, Gaery said, currently Tiket.com is "learn more".
In addition, Gaery also saw the trend of hiring a car when going home. "Most of them go home by train, then rent a car in the hometown," he said.
Seeing that, Tiket.com presents a car rental service. "Starting next week's rental car in 55 cities," Gaery said.
Tiket.com presents a car rental service at a rate of Rp250.000 per day for 12 hours.
"It's been a driver lease at the same time, picked up by the driver because many rentals do not want to rent without drivers, because there are still many cases of car fraud," said Gaery.
Gaery said that currently Tiket.com has taken three to four vendors in each city.
"We are working with the company, the requirement is legal entity or PT, at least have 10 cars so that the quality is guaranteed," he said.
