NPL KUR is predicted to decrease in 2018

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - People's Business Loan (KUR) is not separated from the slightly less stable credit quality. That's the dynamics in lending.
Mohamad Miftah, Deputy Director of Microcudential Research Specialist of Commercial Bank OJK (Financial Services Authority) explained, Non Performing Loan (NPL) or ratio of bad loans will be below 0.3 percent in 2018.
"Our target will certainly be below 0.3% NPL gross this year," he said in Jakarta, Thursday (18/1/2018).
In his note, until the end of 2017 NPL gross at 0.3% level. NPL contributors are evenly distributed to Bandan State Owned Enterprises (BUMN) and private banks.
As for the trade sector, he added, nil NPL, because mutant money mutual inversely proportional to the production sector that requires analysis of its business.
Known this year KUR target of Rp120 trillion. Last year target Rp110 trillion. The realization of Rp96, 71 trillion.
