Astra Otoparts Cooperates with Pirelli to Launch Underbone Motorcycle Tire

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Astra Otoparts Tbk (AUTO) through PT Evoluzione Tires in collaboration with Pirelli Tyre S.p.A presents Ban Diablo Rosso Corsa II specially designed for underbone motorcycles officially launched in Indonesia.

"This tire is able to accommodate the needs of those who want tires with fast heating, so it is ready for daily use," said Director of Astra Otoparts, Yusak Kristian told reporters in Jakarta on Friday (19/1/2018).

This tire has a Pirelli multi-compound tire technology that combines double compound in three zones on the front and triple compound applied to the five zones on the back creating an ideal tire combination for motorcyclists.

Diablo Rosso Corsa II with type of cross ply tire is present with the size 90 / 80-17 and will be available worldwide starting January 2018.

"Pirelli and Astra Otoparts also presented Galang Hendra as the brand ambassador for Diablo Rosso Corsa II for Indonesia," said Yusak.

Until now, Pirelli products not only go to end user customers but also into motorcycle manufacturers such as BMW Motorrad and TVS.
