INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK) posted a profit of Rp437 billion as of September 2017, down slightly by 3.8% compared to the same period in 2016 of Rp454.29 billion.
LPCK's revenue during the first nine of 2017 is relatively stagnant at Rp1.2 trillion compared to the same period in 2016. In addition, the company achieved EBITDA of Rp453 billion with assets valued at Rp10.8 trillion.
The largest contribution of LPCK revenue during January-September 2017 came from the hospital's operating business and apartment division of Rp939 billion. The business contributes 76.6% of LPCK's consolidated revenue.
Revenues earned from industry and commercial divisions stood at Rp77.5 billion. it reached approximately 6.3% of the company's consolidated revenue as of September 2017. The remaining Rp209 billion or approximately 17.1% of LPCK's consolidated revenue comes from recurring income.
"Performance as of September 2017 is less than expected due to the weakening of the Indonesian property market. However, the Meikarta project is expected to be a sustainable project for Lippo Cikarang growth in the future, "said Ivan Budiono, LPCK President Director, Thursday (01/02/2018).
Lippo Cikarang is an urban developer with a total area of ​​3,250 hectares, in which the industrial estate is the main economic base.
In addition, Lippo Cikarang has also built 16,661 apartment units occupied by 51,250 people. Meanwhile, there are 500 500 employees who work every day at 1,200 manufacturing companies located in Lippo Cikarang industrial area. (Abraham Sihombing)
