The event was also held to succeed One Million House Program launched by President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) on April 29, 2015 ago.

The exhibition of IPEX 2018 contains more than 868 residential projects from 152 developers in Indonesia. Housing projects are spread in various regions ranging from Jabodetabek, West Java, Central Java, East Java, Sumatra, Sulawesi, and Kalimantan.
Of the hundreds of housing projects, as many as 60 percent are horizontal residential units while the rest are vertical with a selling price ranging from Rp130 million to Rp 5 billion.
To have the dwellings offered in IPEX 2018, BTN offers a variety of exciting promotions. For the Non-Subsidized House Ownership Credit scheme, the BBTN-coded stock issuer has promo rate of developer subsidy of 4.68 percent fixed one year.
BTN also provides a small advance payment facility ranging from five percent for KPR and Non-Subsidized Apartment Ownership Loan (KPA).
