The atmosphere of Filling Fuel (Pertamina)
INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta, the consumption fuel (BBM), especially premium has decreased. This is due to the recommendation of the automotive industry.
"Indeed, at the time of sale, the automotive industry always recommend the use of quality fuel to buyers," said Chairman of the Association of Indonesian Automotive Industries (Gaikindo) Yohannes Nangoi in Jakarta (17/2/2018).
He added, when selling vehicles, we did mention the fuel criteria that must be used. "When Euro-0 is still, vehicles can still use fuel that contains lead, but once from Euro-2 to Euro-4, the fuel must be more qualified," he explained.
Yohannes is not dismissed, that the decline in current Premium consumption is also due to the recommendation of the automotive industry earlier.
True, that before this there are still consumers who have not used fuel with Euro-2 standard. But, he added, the longer the owner will assume that his vehicle is a very valuable asset, so they care more and more.
"So the more people are aware and use better fuel, according to the specifications," he said.
Gaikindo does not recommend the use of low octane fuel. The reason, if the fuel is used not according to the specifications of the vehicle, would be bad for the vehicle itself.
"For example, at the enactment of Euro-4 later, if the fuel used is not suitable, then the vehicle will strike in the middle of the road," said Yohannes
