INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - The exhibition of commercial vehicle industry or GAIKINDO Indonesia Commercial Vehicle Expo (GIICOMVEC) was also followed by electric car exhibition. And one of them is that exhibited by PT Mobil Anak Bangsa which also exhibited electric bus with brand (MAB).
Technical Director of PT Mobil Anak Bangsa said the electric bus is a future mass transportation. It has been matured for over two years. The established electric bus uses the component of domestic content level (TKDN) above 45% percent.
The MAB electric bus is designed to operate as an inner city and inter-city bus. In addition, electric buses can be used as transportation vehicles in ports, airports, and tourist vehicles.
"This mid-year will be mass produced, and the initial stage will be produced 30 units of buses. The price range of MAB electric bus is estimated to reach Rp 4 billion, "he said
He added that the electric bus is capable of driving up to 300 km / h with a charging interval of just 3 hours.
"250 upwards up to 300 km / h, without the contents, need to fill the required time to full 3 hours, charge 3 hours, the distance can be up to 300 km," he concluded
