INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Rumah Zakat again conducts Disaster Prevention Action for residents affected by floods in South Bandung along with West Java International Airport (BIJB).
In the event, the distribution of basic food aid consisted of 150 kilograms of rice and 12 kilograms of eggs on Monday, as the Rumah Zakat press release received in Jakarta on Monday (12/3/2018).
Bojongsoang Village Chief, Atin Nurani, said heavy rains that almost happened every day to cause the area of Bandung South flood affected. The large volume of rain water caused the Citarum River to overflow so that it would soak in some areas.
"I am here as Head of Kades here to thank the Rumah Zakat and BIJB for its help Every day this public kitchen produces 700 packs of rice that we spread around here," said Atin Nurani.
"So the basic food aid is very useful for additional logistics of citizens," he said.
The distribution of basic food aid was distributed directly to three places. The first location is Public Kitchen District Baleendah, precisely in Kampung Ciputat RW 12.
The second channeling location is in Bojongsoang Village, precisely on Jalan Raya Bojongsoang, RT 05/01. And finally, the basic food aid was distributed to the Citeureup RW 02 area which was received directly by the local people.
