Minister of Agriculture Andi Amran Sulaiman Is Named the National Corn Father

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Chairman of Commission IV of the House of Representatives, Edhy Prabowo again expressed his appreciation for the performance of Agriculture Minister Andi Amran Sulaiman related to Amran's success in corn exports. Edhy Prabowo says it is not wrong if Amran is called the national corn father.

Edhy also appreciated the hard work of the Ministry of Agriculture (Kementan) led by Andi Amran Sulaiman who has successfully absorbed the 2017 budget by 90.44 percent and able to increase food production and welfare of farmers, especially the availability of 10 strategic food in 2017.

Not inferior to Chairman of Commission IV, Roem Kono Vice Chairman of Commission IV, also expressed his appreciation for Amran's performance. "I am from the region of Gorontalo crown Minister of Agriculture became the father of Agriculture, also because of successful development of corn, so also crowned as Mr. Corn Indonesia," he said.

Appreciation also came from the Vice Chairman of Commission IV of the House of Representatives, Daniel Johan, he said has much success in agriculture today, especially in terms of increased production said Daniel.
