Selection of New Board of BEI, Tito Sulistio Submits Package of Directors of Service Period 2018-2021

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Dr. Tito Sulistio, President Director of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX), will return following the selection of BEI Board of Directors, consisting of Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors, for the period of 2018-2021.

Tito Sulistio has prepared prospective members who will accompany him as President Director of BEI for the period of 2018-2021. The members of the Board of Directors of the IDX that Tito nominated to accompany him were Edgar Ekaputra, Erna Dewayani, Alpino Kianjaya, Abdul Munim, Hasan Fawzi and Chaeruddin Berlian.

Edgar Ekaputra was nominated as Director of Corporate Valuation of BEI. He has 33 years of experience in banking and capital markets. He was President Director of PT Danareksa (Persero), President Commissioner of PT Danareksa Sekuritas, President Director of PT NC Sekuritas, Director & Head of Corporate Finance & Advisory American Express Bank Ltd., and Vice President of Head of Syndications The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A.

Erna Dewayani is nominated as Director of Trade and Exchange Member Settings. Prior to becoming Head of Investor Development Division in 2017, Erna served as Head of Fixed Income Division at Surabaya Stock Exchange (BES) and also served as Head of Trading Support & Development Division of BEI. He has more than 24 years of experience in the Stock Exchange.

Alpino Kianjaya is nominated as the Director of Transaction and Compliance Supervision. Currently, he has more than 20 years working experience in the capital market and serves as Director of Trade and Exchange Member Settings.

Abdul Munim who now serves as Head of Information Technology Operations Division of IDX is nominated as Director of Information Technology and Risk Management of BEI. He has 21 years experience in the Indonesia Stock Exchange / Jakarta Stock Exchange in the IT division (Information Technology) and fully participates in building the defense of Capital Market in the field of Technology.

Hasan Fawzi who now serves as Director of PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (KPEI) is nominated as the Director of IDX Development. Previously, he experienced more than 25 years in the Capital Market.

Meanwhile, Chaeruddin Berlian with more than 25 years experience in Capital Market is nominated to be the Director of Finance and Human Resources (HR) BEI. Currently he is the Director of Finance and HR of BEI. Previously, he served as Director of Securities Company (Exchange Member / AB), Commissioner of Pefindo Credit Rating and IDX Commissioner.
