INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Mercedes-Benz as the leading brand in the premium segment of Indonesia participated in the event Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2018.

On the mat held from 19-29 April 2018. Brand from Stuttgart, Germany, will show their sophisticated electric sedan E 350 e Plug-in Hybrid.

E 350 e will be present in the EQ brand which stands for 'Electric Intelligence'. This new brand covers all key aspects for electric mobility, including comprehensive products, services, technology, and innovation.

Mercy increases the output and torque of an electric motor E 350 e to produce power 65 kW (88 hp) and 440 Nm of torque. The power source of the gasoline engine reaches 210 kW (286 hp) and 550 Nm. In electric mode, batteries saloon executive saloon is capable of use up to 33 kilometers distance.

Mercedes-Benz E 350 e has successfully completed the TÜV validation audit and received the Environmental Certificate. This electric sedan is claimed to reduce carbon emissions by more than 40 percent. Independent experts at TÜV Süd comprehensively assess the environmental impact of this passenger car during its life cycle.

Mercedes-Benz welcomes the general public to try the E 350 e capability during IIMS 2018 takes place. The agent holder of Mercy brand in Indonesia is preparing two units of E 350 e for test drive for prospects and potential customers. This opportunity provides a driving experience with the latest emissions-free EQ technology that combines the comfort of a typical Mercy sedan.

Mercedes-Benz Premium Car Ranks Shown in Kemayoran

Just like in previous years, IIMS 2018 again held at JIExpo Kemayoran. Mercedes-Benz sees the IIMS 2018 as a platform to showcase the latest lineup of vehicles.

Mercedes-Benz will show 11 models of vehicles of various variants. Starting from the sedan, SUV and luxury MPV at Hall D 5A, JIExpo, Kemayoran, Jakarta. Among the models, come along also E 200 Avantgarde Line and GLC 200 AMG Line. Two new models of Mercedes-Benz was introduced in January 2018 and then in the local production version or CKD (Completely Knocked Down).

Visitors or potential buyers who come can also relax in the booth, because Mercedes-Benz will also provide a Mercedes StarCafe.
