Defeat KARA, Japan BTS's Album Wins Highest Sales

INDUSTRY.co.id - Japan - Again, Bangtan Boys or BTS are incessantly carving out their achievements in the music industry. Reportedly, the Japanese album BTS titled 'Face Yourself' achieved the highest sales in the first week after it was released.
According to Japan's largest music statistics website, Oricon, SugaCs's Japanese album sold 282,000 units in its first week, from April 2 to 8. This is the highest selling of K-Pop album in Japan in the first week in 6 years and 5 months.
Previously, KARA girlband with the album titled 'Super Girl' achieved the highest sales by selling 275,000 units in the first week released November 2011 ago.
"This is the first time since 'Super Girl' KARA that overseas artists, including male and female artists, surpassed 250,000 album sales in the first week," said one representative from Japan Oricon.
Not only that, BTS's third full album is also ranked high on the Billboard 200 chart in the United States and the official chart in the UK.
