Marketing Sales PP Property Targeted Rp3, 8 Trillion in 2018

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT PP Property Tbk (PPRO) management targets total pre-sales (marketing sales) in 2018 of Rp3.8 trillion. That is 20% higher than the company's marketing realization in 2017 of Rp3.01 trillion.

"With such a target of marketing sales, we expect the company to book a profit of Rp528 billion in 2018 compared to the actual profit in 2017 of Rp444 billion," said Taufik Hidayat, President Director of PPRO, in a press conference after the AGM in Jakarta on Tuesday (17 / 04/2018).

Taufik said, to achieve the target of marketing sales, the company's management will carry out sales acceleration by bulk selling to several institutions and make various product innovations.

"With such efforts, PPRO management believes the positive performance achieved over the past few years can be maintained in the future. Moreover, the Indonesian economy is continuously in good condition so as to increase demand for the company's unique and innovative property products, "he explained.

Taufik also said, along with the increase in the company's profit in the future, the value of cash dividends to be distributed to shareholders for the fiscal year 2018 is also expected to be larger than in the previous year. (Abraham Sihombing)
