INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Bank Indonesia (BI) invites industry players to play an active role in the payment business. Moreover, it is not long before BI regulates QR Code a safer and faster payment system.

Onny Widjanarko, Head of Payment System Policy Department of BI said the QR code rule will be completed not too long anymore.

"Next week (May 2018) is launched by QR code rules," he said at the seminar Today's Strategy Strengthen Non-Cash Payment System held by Warta Ekonomi in Jakarta, Monday (23/4/2018).

He said, digital business will play a major role in payment services QR code. So it allows foreign and local to enter.
